FAQs

What does wellness at work mean?

Imagine being aware of the anxiety you get before giving a presentation and guiding yourself through 5 minutes of breathwork to center and deliver with confidence. Imagine using a morning meditation to help visualize your day, improving your time management and ability to set boundaries. Imagine work cultures that thrive in a creative flow because they take 20-40 minutes daily to pause, find clarity, and move forward with alignment, breaking the cycle of mindless hustle. Imagine going home and not being exhausted by your day because you move through it with intention and confidence.

This is what wellness at work looks like.

What are the benefits of wellness at work?

Introducing wellness at work acts as the reset button we all need. It offers a moment of stillness, reflection, growth, creativity, and space for new ideas, mindset shifts, and more. Taking time to pause during the workday can enhance self-reflection, communication, confidence, and decision-making, positively affecting overall team dynamics, performance, and productivity.

What does Wellness have to do with work?

Everything! Our emotional energy impacts our ability to make decisions, communicate, collaborate, feel confident, provide feedback, etc. I do not want to discard the role company culture plays in an employee’s level of engagement, but our energy is a factor within our control. Equip your employees with the tools to self-evaluate and regulate; you will see this reflected throughout the organization.

Why should we consider bringing you to our organization?

There are so many options for wellness outside of workplace settings, but few target professional environments. I bring 15+ years of professional work experience at all levels of an organization, from entry-level to leadership, expanding across multiple international settings. I obtained a master's in Leadership and Nonprofit Management with the sole purpose of better understanding work environments, and since have taken this intention from job to job, including as an organizational change consultant. I have combined my operational knowledge and wellness practices to fill a gap in traditional work environments.
