Your connection to A

healthy work Environment

Let’s create healthy work habits together.

manage burnout at the source.

When I first began cultivating Link, I had just stepped away from a position where I served as an internal consultant. From my bird’s-eye view, I witnessed the relentless cycle of burnout—a cycle I had personally worked hard to overcome—taking its toll on the team. My 1-on-1’s became a space for soothing tears, navigating frustrations, and dissecting routines to streamline, collaborate, or eliminate unnecessary tasks. As a consultant, this wasn’t unfamiliar territory.

Upon further reflection, I noticed a similar pattern throughout my career. Each time I transitioned into a new role, I had hoped for a healthier work environment, only to find the same patterns in different settings. Was this bad luck, or have we normalized chaos in modern workplaces?

The answer soon became apparent: a critical gap between work and wellness exists. Without bridging this connection, organizations remain trapped in a cycle of stress that leads to burnout, high turnover, and low morale. Supporting teams as consultants by developing policies and procedures or implementing training only addresses part of the problem. Real change requires acknowledging and addressing the internal experiences of employees—the unseen (or sometimes obvious!) emotions they carry, the various roles they juggle outside of work, and the burdens or fears that can stifle creativity and prevent trust within a team.

Everyone comes to work carrying an invisible backpack with personal layers contributing to the collective workplace experience. These layers shape interactions, dynamics, and outcomes. A traditional approach to consulting falls short, addressing only surface-level challenges and ignoring the more profound human elements. To meet organizational challenges, we must take a more comprehensive, integral approach that considers the full spectrum of employees' needs in the workplace.

And so, Link was born.

By combining breathwork with operational strategy, Link empowers employees to tap into the mind-body connection to effectively manage stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate sustainable work habits that enhance the individual and organizational experience.

Link's vision is to cultivate work experiences where employees leave work feeling energized and willing to pursue hobbies, personal relationships, and other meaningful experiences. Be it through 1-1 coaching, introducing mindful pauses into your work day, or engaging the team in a strategic brainstorming session, Link is your connection to a healthy work environment.
