Mindful March

Here we are!

If you use Insight Timer, the quote of the day is, “A slight change in your daily habits can guide your life to a very different destination” by James Clear. What a quote to kick off this challenge!

Here’s to the potential of a new beginning :).

This will be a self-guided meditation challenge.

Trust yourself to only look at one prompt at a time! I know they are all there- some of you will start today, some on Monday, some might take the weekends off, and others will be done on the 21st. It’s your journey and it’s available to you now!

You can go in order, or, scroll the images on your phone and stop at random (if you land on one more than once over the next 21 days, maybe it’s meant to be revisited!).

Most importantly, have fun with it! Set some time aside to give back to yourself. Sit with yourself. Rebuild a connection to yourself.

How often do we go from one task to the next, one day to the next, one event to the next, without ever stopping to evaluate what we are doing and why?
